T&C | Platinum Party Entertainment

1. Platinum Party Entertainment hereby agrees to provide a Service for the Purchaser at the above-mentioned location and date.

2. The Service shall consist of providing musical entertainment by means of a recorded music format, and agrees to render professional services and always have complete control of the program.

3. Minimum deposit to bind terms of this agreement is 25% of package price and final balance to be paid a minimum of 30 days before event.

4. Platinum Party Entertainment shall arrive at the event 1-2 hours prior to starting time to setup and conduct checks.

5. The below signed party agrees to allow Platinum Party Entertainment to use pictures and / or video images taken at the above mentioned event for promotional uses (does not apply to children’s parties)

6. Client to ensure safe and adequate power and setup space is available at the venue.

7. The agreement of Platinum Party Entertainment is subject to proven detention by accidents, riots, strikes, epidemics, acts of God, or any other legitimate conditions beyond their control. If such circumstances arise, all reasonable efforts will be made by Platinum Party Entertainment to find replacement entertainment at the agreed fees. Should Platinum Party Entertainment be unable to procure a replacement, Purchaser shall receive a full refund. Purchaser agrees that in all circumstances, liability shall be exclusively limited to an amount equal to the performance fee and that Platinum Party Entertainment shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from any breach of contract. All deposits are non-refundable.

8. Any cancellations or notifications of changes to be made at least 14 days prior to the event. If you fail to cancel your booking before this date you will be charged the full booking fee, unless extreme circumstances arise beyond your control.

9. It is hereby further agreed that the Purchaser shall be held liable for any injury or damages to the property or staff of Platinum Party Entertainment, while on the premises of event. If damage is caused by the Purchaser or guests, members of your organisation, event invitees, employees, or any other party in attendance, whether invited or not.
